The pivotal moment for us was our commitment to truly owning every ingredient. We began working hand-in-hand with local Ethiopian growers and spice artisans. Together, we’ve not only perfected the art of selecting the finest produce and beans, but we’ve also learned to craft our own unique spice blends and rich chocolate ganaches.
